Well there's been rumours that after this arc there will be yet another timeskip showing her even older but i'm rather doubtfull it will happen.

Yeah, I don't think that they'll skip time. I've read the manga and it doesn't say anything about time skip, then again, I'm not mashima. But I do wonder what they'll look like in the future.

Well the rumour states that both lucy and rogue who came back came from a seven year difference and that they will skip to that era in the next arc.As i said i doubt it is strue.But i wish mashima does tell us why she lost her guild seal.
